Managing Partner, Dena Phoenix Fund, LLC.

Rouvaun brings over 35 years of experience in mortgage banking, real estate development, and investment. He is a licensed California real estate broker (#011366153) and holds an active NMLS license (#164787860), allowing him to guide families through both financing and rebuilding with regulatory expertise and care.

A Pasadena resident and proud product of PUSD—having attended John Muir High School and Eliot Junior High—Rouvaun is a current Pasadena resident, deeply committed to helping local families protect their homes, restore stability, and preserve generational wealth.

Scott

As a licensed general contractor, Scott brings decades of field experience to the table. Scott oversees jobsite execution, contractor coordination, and build timelines—ensuring every home meets code, schedule, and the highest standard of workmanship.

Masoud

Principal Engineer, Borm Project Management (we hire the best architects and engineers appropriate for the project).

With over 35 years of structural engineering experience, Masoud leads the architectural and engineering processes from site planning to permit-ready designs. He specializes in fire-resilient construction and modern design principles, translating each homeowner’s vision into buildable plans. Masoud is a registered structural engineer in California, Arizona, Nevada, Colorado, and New Mexico.
