A: Yes. We work with homeowners using insurance payouts, SBA funds, or their own resources. We’ll help align your budget with your rebuild goals.

Q3: Will I need to coordinate with the city or other vendors?

A: No. Dena Phoenix Builders provides single coordination from start to finish. We manage permits, approvals, design, and construction on your behalf.

Q4: Do you build Accessory Dwelling Units (ADUs)?

A: In some cases. We evaluate ADU feasibility depending on your lot, local zoning, and construction bandwidth. Ask us and we’ll advise you honestly.

Q5: What if I want to sell after rebuilding?

A: We’ve got you covered. If you decide to sell, Dena Phoenix Real Estate Partners offers trusted listing support and marketing through our extended team.

Q6: What areas do you serve?

A: We currently focus on Pasadena, Altadena, and nearby communities. For fire-affected areas outside that zone, we may still be able to help — just reach out.
